Diet food? Yes please!!

It is now day 4 of my "First Cleanse" (literally, and that's also the name of the cleanse). It has been hard to give up sugar in my coffee, but I have managed. I have caught myself subconsciously going for a slice of cheese or to put ketchup on everything. However, with a little bit of creativity and a dash of resourcefulness, it hasn't been so bad. Here is today's delicacies:

Turkey wrap on a whole wheat pita. 

I layered dijon mustard, sliced dill pickles, diced tomatoes, fresh spinach, and turkey slices. With a dash of salt and pepper = awesomeness. 

This is my advertisement: THESE CHIPS ARE AMAZING! You will never go back to plain ol' yellow corn after trying the Tostito's Multigrain Corn Chips! (Notice: our bag is hours old and almost gone. This means they are delicious.)
